Phoenix P.D. asks for help to find thief caught on camera (VIDEO)

The Phoenix Police Department is turning to the community to help identify a thief who “poses” for the camera in a Lens Crafters burglary last week.

While the other suspect is fully-masked this one lets the optometrists’ security system score a pretty damning shot of the unmasked burglar.
