Last call DC got hand slapped for revealing too much Tues!
DC backtracked and clarified Tues call – 3 independent Iraqi sources had the qi cards at the $3.71 rate usable international but that doesn’t extrapolate to ALL iraqis being able to do that – YET.
There was some confusion over the “blocking” of calls on Sunday – DC and Tony had difficulty getting through but it was not a total blackout.
High level dignitaries in Iraq right now. For 3 weeks, Iraq publicizing GOI formation – various lesser ministers weren’t chosen however – thus the ongoing debate about whether the govt is fully formed or not – constitutional deadline by next Tues. This DELAY ‘excuse” is just a cover to placate the public and is NOT what is hold up the RV. Why would the dignitaries be there RIGHT NOW if not for the ANNOUNCEMENT AND THE RV?
ANNOUNCEMENTS SCHEDULED FOR TONIGHT AND/OR TOMORROW MORNING IN IRAQ ON THE GOI FORMATION. RV is expected hand in hand with this announcement says DC.
Turki head of the CBI retiring. Not acrimonious – and not a firing. Turki WANTS to retire. Again, this has been an “excuse” to cover another delay to the public. But there is no way this would be allowed unless the RV situation was complete and finally negotiated.
Kurdish Peshmerga and Iraqi police are having a lot of success with ISIS being pushed back.
In USA administration, many who had previously stonewalled have seen the light and are now PUSHING for the RV. (yay!)
Banking regs and laws undergoing changes in anticipation for the RV CE and are scheduled to be completed no later than this Sat. but this is not a hold up factor says DC. But they are for the banks benefit, mainly, surrounding the Dodd-Frank Act.
Remember the info from Tues – the banks and the banking system is one level away from release to the public. And the system is 2-14 min from completion when started.
About the Tues. constitutional deadline – it is POSSIBLE but HIGHLY UNLIKELY to pass this deadline. This would entail the entire GOI nomination and installation process starting over from scratch! (wooowhooo!) And any delay other than from Iraq itself has got to now be approved by an International Committee!!
5 windows of opportunity rather than the 4 mentioned on Tues call (a, b, c, d, and e) all have passed except “e”.
Notification of the RV will come out AFTERWARDS due to how fast it will actually be executed ie: the 2-14 min process timing. So monitor the CBI for the changeover.
Post RV CE assistance by Tony and DC still limited to one call. (this might change) Events are questionable but Tony is really lobbying to do the regional events at least. The superfantastic websites are also questionable. It is subject to change, too.
About keeping the currency separate – applies to the Dinar – not the other currencies – because Dinar is tracked and possibly taxed differently.
