One of the most popular games on Facebook, Farmville managed to get the regular urban folks addicted and bring them onto virtual fields almost twice, if not three times, a day. The social farming game got Facebook friends into exchanging gifts, calling for neighbors and even settingreminders, so that their harvesting periods won’t be ruined. So if you’ve dreamt of owning your own farm, here’s the place to get it going without having to pay a cent. Moreover, the game further evolved out of the usual ploughing and harvesting scenario, making farmers earn big bucks that allows for purchasing of grains, hammocks, fountains, horse sheds, farm houses, water fountains and much (much) more. Though the game is free, some premium content can be purchased. Farmville has been criticized on a few occasions – a few months ago a rather overzealous/addicted Farmville member was apprently involved in some violent activity just to buy some virtual animals.

This game is a variation of the game of Poker. Just like in poker, you are given two cards delt down to each player and then 5 community cards placed face-up by the dealer. There are certain rules regarding the game. Individuals can compete for the amount of money or chips contributed by the players.
