Policed blocked radio communication and transmission from the public, in order to “ensure the safety of the 1,300 officers of this department, as well as the citizens we serve,” St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson said.
The channels will be blocked to the public for the duration of the protests, police said.
I was assaulted in Austin Texas 15 years ago. The dude was big as a house and cracked out bad. I hit him, hard in the face 4 times with a Fender strat….I could not stop him. He was shot and killed by the owner of the bar, holding a barstool over his head to clock me. When I heard the story of the fergusen shooting, this experience made me believe the cop’s account of the incident.
Ferguson-Florissant are my stomping grounds, moved there in 1956…watched as the community demographics changed. It was also obvious that the police response to the changes were completely hostile and over zealous. History tells me the cops are lying to save their collective asses…and that history has been documented.
As a white guy, I smell a racist…
Most of these cops are US military guys they don’t care about people’s rights
