I use Bragg’s ACV everytime I get ill. Works wonders. I was actually surprised because Krogers carries it now and an employee was showing it to a lady for her cold, last time I was there.
thanx for posting this. ACV is absolutely wonderful stuff, and very versatile in its healing modalities. for some reason, though, even the longer, offsite version of the article seems to neglect what i would consider to be its primary benefit, which would be as a digestive aid.
I bought some in capsule form.. It does work good.

i’ve never heard of ACV in capsule form, but i am assuming that is referring to the “mother,” which is the particulate (solid) constituents of unfiltered ACV. i can’t imagine putting the liquid part in capsules, if only because it is acidic and most capsules are made from gelatin, which it would eat through.
even the “mother” portion of ACV is beneficial on it’s own, though – especially as a prebiotic.
