It appears hundreds of thousands more, perhaps even millions ,of Americans will receive health plan cancellation notices in the coming weeks due to their plans being deemed “non-compliant” by the federal government working under the new Obamacare law. That is going to be a lot of angry voters right before the November elections…
The state of Virginia alone is facing a quarter million cancellations, with eleven more states across the nation being forced to eliminate non-compliant plans as well. Compliance often comes down to plans that don’t cover the vast array of services as the Obamacare requires, like birth control for women who can no longer get pregnant, or pap smears for men who lack the basic plumbing to “pap.”
