The trick is you can LOAD an IN Country QI card with set country rate,and pay bonuses, salaries, commissions, as they have different rates in different provinces, you can offset the exchange rate with more digital currency on the QI cards, and some get 1 rate and others get another rate. Salaries in IRAQ can be paid on the cards at an RI/RV rate and USA can still HIDE the RATE and BLOCK it from PUBLIC access…. What we are looking for is the INTERNATIONAL SWIPES on the cards. Because if they continue this, Iraq citizens will start coming to USA, to purchase Dinar while it is on Administrative hold here in the USA, and go back home and become MILLIONAIRES. The USA can keep the currency on Administrative HOLD, at banks, and currency dealers. The banks are now in PANIC mode as China is about to make a GOLD move that is going to mess derivatives UP at Global Financial Institutions, and that will force USA Banks and other Global banks to activate RATES quickly to avoid collapse, which is tied to Margin Calls, Derivatives, ETC. Countries, and contractors have been getting paid via FRA’s which circumvent FOREX, etc……………. Do you really think all of these countries are jumping on the ISIS/ISIL campaign with NO MONEY or a rate at 1/8 of a penny when they are spending MILLIONS DAILY…………….. Do you think all of these cargo ships with supplies are unloading at 1/8 of a penny? Do you really think Kurdistan is shipping OIL globally and doing business at 1/8 of a penny with a currency that is NOT Internationally Tradeable? How much profit has been made daily as the USD Index Increases or the Zimbabwe currency now TRADES LIVE with the ZWL………….. Why do you really think USA Big 4 banks have taken in so much currency and ISSUED SKR’s yet tell the general public we do not deal with the currency? Who is benefiting with the GOLD & SILVER pricing moves, or the USA FRN note setting HISTORIC Records? Why do countries NO LONGER accept the FRN for BUSINESS Globally?
