CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) – A Cape Girardeau man is questioning city guns laws after he says he was arrested for trying to protect his home.
Police say Dustin Wern of Cape Girardeau is facing a misdemeanor for discharging a firearm within city limits.
