There is another scheduled time if this is postponed (for later in their day I believe). This is supposed to be an announcement regarding the ENDING of their MONETARY REFORMS. (RV). Celebrations are also scheduled for this time. This is what they have PUBLICLY stated their intentions are. We shall see.
