(Before It's News)

It’s well known that Barack Obama’s “eloquent” delivery is reliant on a teleprompter.  Now we see that Oscar award-winning actress Gwyneth Paltrow is not so articulate without a script.

Recently, sans script, Paltrow evidenced speaking difficulties as she hosted a fundraiser benefiting the Democrat National Committee at her Brentwood/Mandeville Canyon estate. With Obama standing beside her, she attempted to introduce him to the crowd of several hundred supporters who paid up to $15,000 per plate for dinner in her back yard. Attendees included actors Julia Roberts and Bradley Whitford.

Overcome with passion at the prospect of having Obama so close, Paltrow gushed, “You’re so handsome that I can’t speak properly.” She added, “I am one of your biggest fans, if not the biggest, and have been since the inception of your campaign.”

Paltrow, 42, then displayed her abysmal ignorance of, and contempt for, the U.S. Constitution and separation of powers —- the basic tenant of our government —- by saying, “It would be wonderful if we were able to give this man all of the power that he needs to pass the things that he needs to pass.”

She noted she admired the president for his efforts on sustainable energy, as well as his push for equal pay legislation, which she deemed “very important to me as a working mother.” Forbes listed poor Paltrow’s 2014 earnings at $19 million as of June.

Celebrity gossip site TMZ blasted both Paltrow’s embarrassing foolishness and what it described as “the latest example of how demeaning it has become for Presidents to act like circus animals — performing for crowds that will feed them … in this case, feed them with money to line political coffers.”

Obama had three other such events scheduled for this weekend.
