Psalm 115 v16 says “The Earth hath he given to the children of men”

BUT WAIT…

2 Corinthians 4:4 says “But Satan, who is God of this world, has blinded the minds of men who will not hear…”

John 12:31 “Satan is the Ruler of this World”

Obviously, we are given a world where first-and-foremost, Satan (the fallen) was given rulership first. As such, are we then nothing more but fed to the lions of evil?

Ask yourself (once again), if your neighbor did this to his kids, would you call Dept of Human Services on him? (Evil employee, possibly a serial killer, so bad that your neighbor can’t deal with him, so he fires him and gives him his own children as playthings to do whatever he wants to with? Now the neighbor’s poor children have to beg your neighbor to keep the evil ex-employee in check. Of course, the neighbor tells his poor kids, ‘don’t worry if you are raped, beaten, abused or crushed by this evil ex-employee – because no matter what he does to you, I will love you if only you will beg for my forgiveness routinely and mean it. In the end, when you die, your spirit will come back to me and I will protect you forever then!

Sorry, I’d just rather eat broken glass. Obviously, for Christians, this preceeding scenario is not only plausible but seems to indicate some type of psychotic love affair they highly desire to be in, and admire a god that would do this to them.
