President Obama has declared the Ebola Epidemic ” A National Security Issue”. The WHO calls Ebola ” The most severe health emergency. CBC Canada announced that the VSV-EBOV vaccine was to go into production, human trials and distribution into Africa, Europe and North America. (CBC Censored my comment about the vaccination procols and distribution). There will be a mandatory mass vaccination program. Why wait for a few outbreaks when they can spread it with a vaccine.
