This is one of my favorite juice recipes. It’s light and hydrating. I get super energized after drinking this. Benefits include: anti-inflammatory effects, alkalizing properties, and anti-oxidant properties.
Cucumbers contain silica, which is a trace mineral that is beneficial in promoting growth and maintenance of connective tissue like collagen and elastin. Another benefit of this juice recipe is that celery is a natural diuretic and also reduces inflammation. Ginger also have anti-inflammatory properties and anti-cancer properties.
