Darren Wilson Found Not Guilty, But Eric Holder is Going to Do This to Him Anyway
In wake of the Ferguson grand jury decision the streets of Ferguson were lit on fire. And in the process of Ferguson’s streets turning to ashes, it looks like Eric Holder wants to light another fire…this time to roast Darren Wilson for his “alleged” racist actions.
Holder is notably the most partisan AG to have ever served in the Department of Justice. And while Wilson was exonerated, Holder says that doesn’t let him off the hook yet.
Apparently it doesn’t matter to Holder that the testimony of 60 individuals over the course of a three month trial proved Wilson was innocent of wrong doing.
As far as Holder is concerned, there’s got to be a race angle to exploit.
Shortly after the decision Holder statedthat Wilson may still face civil rights charges… coming straight from the Obama administration.
How cruel and unfair.
But Holder doesn’t care about fairness. It’s safe to say he doesn’t give a hoot about justice either. If he did, then he would prosecuting the IRS for their persecution of Tea Party groups.
He wouldn’t have let Fast and Furious become what it did. He would have done of a heck of a lot more to promote unity and justice rather than sow seeds of discord and division as he has done.
And he would actually talk down the hundreds of protestors in Ferguson and tell them they need to honor the judicial process. Instead he fans the flames of racial division in an elaborate game to force his and Obama’s agenda.
And sure, Holder might be on his way out.
But his successor, Loretta Lynch, is stealing pages out of the same playbook. You can fully expect that she will take the mantle and continue to divide the nation on issues of race.
Holder is joined by other activists who see the decision by the Grand Jury not as one of justice, but of organized indifference to the plight of Brown’s family.
Rashard Robinson who serves as the Executive Director of Color of Change wants Holder to do something.
We all lose when the justice system fails the way Missouri Governor Nixon and Prosecutor Robert McCulloch have failed Mike Brown’s family. This non indictment charge stems not from a lack of evidence but from a coordinated effort to stack the deck, to keep justice for Mike Brown out of reach.
Now, justice for Mike Brown lays in the hands of President Obama and US Attorney General Holder who have the responsibility and power to ensure Officer Wilson is prosecuted to the fullest extent of federal law.
Right now it looks like Holder and his ilk are wanting to do more than point fingers, they want to take Wilson to the Guillotine.
It’s tragic.
But don’t for one second think Holder is acting independently.
This is all planned.
And you will see more riots in the streets, guaranteed.
But this time they won’t just stay in Ferguson.
Ask yourself, if riots broke out in your town, would you know how to keep you family safe?

Holder’s actions have never had any connection with justice but political posturing and leveraging the position of the whitehouse.
John Moore gave a justification for the use of deadly force in the conflict with Brown . While I usually fell like John Moore is on target , there are 2 problems with his opinion on this matter : 1) he was in law enforcement for over 40years and that does not lend itself to having an objective perspective to this situation but that of a law enforcement slant . 2) In my 50yrs plus at what point did deadly force become justified against an unarmed suspect?
I have had this conversation with many folks who have watched the swing to this tactic and none are ok with it. If a person takes the oath and money to work in law enforcement then there is no justification for deadly force against an unarmed suspect . We live in an age of tasers and other non lethal means to subdue people , there was a time when the officer would call for backup and stay within range until it arrived . There was a time when police chases that endangered the public were not accepted yet now we runover as colateral damage people who just happened to be in the wrong place . Then we wonder why people attack or have a bad attitude toward law enforcement…….. Duhhh
