(N.Morgan) A possible FEMA staging center has been located in the Twin Cities. Everyone locally knows this building was very secretive about it’s purpose or what goes on inside.It is said that what goes on there is a government funded project, yet no one knows what that project is exactly.
One of the most secretive and mysterious buildings in the Twin Cities, the Henry Bishop Whipple Federal Building, sits along the east side of the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport next to Fort Snelling. It is a defiantly generic building, and as we discovered, that is really its genius.
