Subject: Dinar: NEW CURRENCY EXCHANGE FORM REPLACING 104

People were talking about the FinCen104 report, but here is the latest.

It has changed!!!  As of April 1, 2013, FinCEN104 has been replaced by new form FinCEN112

Part l - NOTICE #21 “Cash in amount” & #22 “Cash out amount

Pay close attention to Part II specifically #25(e) & #27(e) BOTH say, “Currency exchange(s)“.

The form isn’t consistent with the words they use.  REMEMBER: EXCHANGE EXCHANGE EXCHANGE

Maybe we can have DC/Tony clarify if the difference in wording will make a difference.  IMO, [??], I think because we are doing Currency

Exchange we should be alright, but words do make a difference.

Daz’s post I see Peaches1 makes reference to FinCen114, but says that’s for Foreign accounts.  Well, we aren’t doing Foreign

accounts, not if you are using US Financial institutions. IMO

Everyone needs to be aware of the new form change.  Hope this helps.

Happy RV/GCR day!!!
