The Purpose of Presidential Executive Orders

Everyone knows now (even if they do not have the character to admit it) what wiser people knew soon after seeing and hearing B. Obama; he is a pathological liar.

The President of the United States does NOT have the right to create or change law by Presidential Executive Order. The purpose of Presidential Executive Orders is to facilitate the President in carrying out the laws passed by Congress. The fact that Congress has allowed Obama to write Executive Orders that create and/or change laws is a violation of our Constitution and a violation of the trust we have place in our elected official. Obama wants to be King and he has used Presidential Executive Order to successfully position himself as a Dictator over America.
We all recognize that Obama hates our Constitution, however that does not give him the right to violate it. Obama wants to write legislation (create law) on Immigration by Executive Order.
Congress is charged with writing federal laws in line with the will and the interests of the American people. The President is charged with upholding laws, not creating laws. No one man should have the power to create laws for 316 million Americans. That is a dictator! If that is the case, why do we need a highly paid Congress? Pack them up, send them home and save the Country the multi-millions of dollars per week it is costing us to have them. Replace them with minimum wage employees who vote “Yes” via email to anything Obama wants. Anyone can say “Yes” to Obama. That takes no courage, no knowledge of our Constitution and no love of our Country. Minimum wage is plenty for such people.
Obama is abusing executive orders to the point that impeachment is warranted. He knows it. Congress knows it. However, the arrogant man in the White House thinks he is above the law. Sadly, so far, he is. The reason he is above the law is because Republicans in the House refuse to hold him accountable to the Constitution. Obama knows that and laughs. Most of the rest of the world knows that and is shocked. Americans know it and have moved past shock to mourning.

Not only is there absolutely no authority granted by the CONstitution for executive orders,.. those orders “if the authority actually exists” is only obligatory upon the private for profit corporations employees!
The courts have consistently ruled that the PRIVATE PERSON is NOT a party to the CONstitution,.. from this, we can extrapolate that since we are NOT parties to their private for profit corporate CONstitution, neither are we subject or obligated in any way, to any promulgations emanating from, of or by any alleged authority granted by their private for profit corporate CONstitution,.. Those promulgations being “laws, statutes, policies, codes, etc”..
Keep in mind, per their own private for profit laws/CONstitution, slavery and involuntary servitude is ILLEGAL!
So, since we are not parties to their CONstitution, AND we aren’t employees of the private for profit corporation that masquerades as government, AND we aren’t slaves to the CORPORATION.. What is the nexus that ENSLAVES us to their private for profit corporate laws??
Reagan, gave legal status to up to 3-million illegal immigrants in 1986 …….So, why didn’t you throw a fit about that violation of Constitutional law and Executive Orders?
