(Before It's News)

Misplacing objects is very common as people age, and some have a history of losing things. Often, with such people, what is different is that they have no idea where an object might be and no idea of how to actually find them. Misplacing objects can also be a problem if it is coupled with suspiciousness, which is also common in Alzheimer’s disease . In these 10 cases objects ended up in the wrong, bizarre places without explanation as to how they got there.

10. High Heels for men

For generations the high heels have signified femininity and glamour – but a pair of high heels was once an essential accessory for men. When the soldier stood up in his stirrups, the heel helped him to secure his stance so that he could shoot his bow and arrow more effectively. But today the act of balancing over those pointed heels is a highly appreciated talent amongst the women.

9. Android for cameras not phones

A Seattle suburb of Fremont purchased a Lenin statue in the early 1990s, with the help of an English teacher, Lewis Carpenter, who mortgaged his home to take it from Slovakia where it would have been thrown in the waste. It stands outside a number of fast food shops, and is decorated for special occasions, with festive lights, occasionally drag, or just fancy dress.

8. Cork screws and military

Actually, that’s not a corkscrew. It’s a gun worm. Bullets got stuck in muskets all the time, which was a problem because if your bullet got stuck it meant you were unable to fire until it was free, and someone was probably shooting back at you. The gun worm was developed to remove those stuck bullets and other blockages, and were therefore essential in stopping you from getting killed. Now for corkscrew, originally corks were left half hanging out so they grip it with pliers or whatever. But it was not secure enough and manufacturers tightened the cork little more. It was when a military man’s family had borrowed the gum work to open the cork of a vine bottle. Thus the gum worms are more famous as cork screws.

7. Spider in Ear

A woman living in China went to Changsha Central Hospital to treat an ear itch. To her surprise, doctors removed an alive spider from her ear canal that had been living inside her for a few days. Doctors usedsaline water to flush out the nuisance.

6. Cassette Tape in Human Body

Doctors see many bizarre things getting stuck in peopl, but perhaps no topic is weirder than the objects that find their way inside peoples’ bodies, such as cassette tapes. That actually became a topic of interest fo “Stuck Up!” a new book by Rich E. Dreben, Murdoc Knight and Marty A. Sindhian, a trio of medical insiders. How is someone able to eat a cassette tape without choking? This is a question that is beyond human to explain.
