Top Cop: Militarized Vehicles Needed To Deal With “Anti-Government” Groups
In an article for popular law enforcement website PoliceOne.com, Officer Steve Rabinovich writes that the controversial use of militarized vehicles in domestic law enforcement situations is necessary to deal with the threat posed by “anti-government groups.”
Rabinovich boasts an impressive list of credentials, with his assignments including Emergency Response Team, Crisis Intervention, ERU, Mounted and dignitary details. Rabinovich also teaches other police and emergency medical responders at his state’s technical college system.
Acknowledging that law enforcement bodies have received “criticisms from their communities” for utilizing the Department of Defense’s 1033 Program to acquire militarized vehicles previously used to hunt insurgents in Iraq and Afghanistan, Rabinovich cites domestic terrorism and “a steady increase in deadly and violent assaults on cops” as good reasons for police departments acquiring MRAPs and other military gear.
Rabinovich also points to “violent anti-government groups and individuals” who are “targeting cops as scapegoats” as another factor that justifies the use of militarized vehicles.
We all knew this. This is not new news to us but at least somewhat, it’s good to get confirmation from someone who knows something about it. Obviously the government is thinking ahead..

Actually as a result of the Civil War, the constitution was discarded. When the southern states withdrew from the U.S. system, it constituted a complete erasure of the political system detailed under the constitution. When this had happened, martial law was enacted, and both houses of the legislature, were re-convened under the president. This has never been withdrawn from the record, and technically the U.S. has BEEN in a state of martial law, since the Civil War.
99% of the things which all presidents have done since the Civil War, have basically been illegal… of at least would have been, if the constitution still applied. When the legislature was organized UNDER the executive branch, what is called the uniform -(universal) commercial code, was enacted. This essentially turned all municipalities, and levels of government, into private corporations. Of course this would have been incredibly illegal under the old republic, but you must understand, that the Civil War truly marks the point in which “big money”, essentially bought the entire governance.
Our society is imploding at an exacerbating, snow-balling pace. We need not Nibiru, Illuminati, or any other “distraction” to destroy the whole of humanity. This is a concerted, well organized, and extremely complex initiative, which is literally generations in the making. There is a reason why we are now experiencing this, it is both obscenely complicated, yet mindlessly simple at the same time. Lust for power seems to be the most likely motivator in my book.

This guy would surrender his kids to the SS if Hitler told him to. This guy will justify anything he needs to, just so his paycheck is there and he has power. He goes to church with you, but have no doubt, his god is Government, his prophet is Leadership, his spirit is cash and his loyalty is to no one but himself.
He will stab you in the back and smile, he will stay on the side of government until he knows it is falling, and only then will there even be a doubt to his duties or where they lay. If society ends, he’s the power-player who will demand to lead your group. He will rule by force, and be brutal to get the message across.
