It’s Your Backyard Ventura County UPDATE: Investigators from the Violent Crimes Unit were able to identify the two suspects in this shooting as 22-year-old Oxnard resident, Andrew Juarez Cortez and 21-year-old Oxnard resident Cesar Sanchez.
