MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — One intruder was fatally shot and another got away when they tried to rob an elderly disabled man in his home Friday night, police said.

Officers said the victim grabbed a gun to scare off the intruders, but one of the men grabbed the gun, causing it to fire.
