The Liberator
We all know times are tough and I understand people are trying to cut corners and save money whenever possible. However, this story here is a prime example of why we need to be very careful of what we bring inside our homes. A South Carolina family is learning that the hard way, after purchasing a used couch on Craiglist for $225. Not a bad price right? Well, the seller left out one very important detail, they failed to mention the couch was hiding a very nasty secret. The couch was totally infested with bedbugs that were feasting on the new owners. So that bargain $225 dollar couch also cost them an additional 3,000 dollars to exterminate the little bloodsuckers.
One South Carolina family’s purchase of a couch on Craigslist gave them more than a place to sit and relax; it also gave them a nice little collection of bed bugs.
Katie Johns purchased the used sectional couch on Craigslist for $225 near Columbia.
Shortly after, Johns and her son noticed small red patches on their skin. They went to the doctor for a diagnosis and were told the bites were likely from bed bugs, reports FOX 8.

for 225 they could of bought a new couch with 0 % interest and no payments for a year! I spray my house furniture and bomb the crawl space 2x a year!
