G2 Research, Inc. is recalling a specific Lot of its .45-caliber Radically Invasive Projectile ammunition.
According to the recall notice, the .45 ACP RIP ammo may exhibit excessive chamber pressures when utilized in unsupported chambers of certain .45-caliber Glock pistols.
“Use of this product in Glock .45 ACP firearms may result in firearm damage and/or personal injury,” the company says.
To check if the recall effects you, check to see if the ammo was manufactured between July 1 and Nov. 30. The date is located inside the box flap.
Also, the recalled Lot uses the UPC Code 63552 0002.
