HaarpStatusNetwork.com – We’re back online and our array is now going to bring an arctic storm into the Southwestern United States as we build an area of high pressure Northwest of Washington State for the New Year.

The current jet stream shows that we already have an interesting atmospheric profile with a north to south jet stream over the Western United States and a ridge across the Eastern United States.  We have turned on the array and 300 of them are now working on the target jet stream.  Since the jet stream cannot be altered too fast, the best we can do is flatten the ridge over the Eastern United States and buckle it over California.  Given this, we’re going to target a storm currently in the Gulf of Alaska.

This target storm will be brought down out of Canada into Southern California.  This manipulation process should be enough to bring additional rainfall to Southern California, an area we are focusing highly on to end the drought this season.  Being this looks like a very cold air-mass, do think that parts of the Pacific Northwest may also see snowfall.

Because of this, we caution that the side-effects of this will be a severe weather outbreak for the Gulf States come the first week of January.  Sometimes side-effects (including earthquakes) can happen when we push the limits.
