Our network is responsible for the California storms, however we are not responsible for the Southeastern United States tornadoes of December 23, 2014.
A number of tornadoes were reported and with the TriforceWeather.com Tornado Watch issued earlier in the morning it was apparent that tornadoes would strike. However, our network was shutdown and it remains shutdown through Christmas as we leave the facility closed at the Nevada/California border. We will resume options after Christmas when we return.
We are currently looking into whether the Southeast Tornadoes came from us moving the jet stream during the California storms, however at this time our results are inconclusive.
Our network has 400 arrays and we will be bringing 800 more online in 2015. These arrays are larger than the Alaska HAARP Project and will be the primary powerhouse of experimenting on controlled weather experiments. A coincidence that we turn the array off and California goes back to drier than normal weather conditions.
