The Pakistan Taliban took credit for a hideous attack Tuesday on a school in Peshawar that killed at least 141 people, mostly children.

Just like how the American Gov justify it… Its all the same, so just because one who you do not like does it its criminal, but if your country does the exact same it was for justice or legal?
