T: Good news! I think we are still in the window.
DC said there was” little difference” between last Friday and today.
Tony said a “significant agreement was made in Iraq over the weekend.” The guys gave no further explanation as to what the agreement is.
DC: Tony, how prepared are you for this to go through? How competent about what is going on right now? What are your true feelings?
Tony: Based on everything we have and all windows and what I just got, I’m feeling, really, really good. Up to a 90% chance it could actually happen. A lot of things moving around . . . A big event over the weekend that will push this forward. Abadhi started saying on Sat, “we are doing economic reforms now. I’m back to feeling really good.
Tony: DC, If it was to happen, what time?
DC: I’m on the . . . as soon as Iraq does it . . .once the compliance issues done . . . then it’s go!
DC said the majority of their sources think the roll out will begin as soon as issues solved and others think it will be in the morning.
IRAQ: Teams from all over the world, that were there before the weekend, are still in Iraq working to get this done.
- Abadhi is in United Arab Emeratis which is only a few hours away by airplane. Started announcing on Saturday and throughout the weekend, that economic reforms are happening.

Over the weekend some issues came up. The guys heard from 3 different contacts and they all said there were three issues but used different terminology to describe. One said it was regulations, another said laws and another said it was compliance issues. Anyway, one was taken care of last night and the others are expected to be completed most any time. They were working on it as the call began.
UNITED STATES
- UST was behind the three issues
- Banks all levels have been put on notice.
- EXCHANGE for International rate in foreign country by US citizen: Not likely!
- Contract Rate: DC assumes the military will have an opportunity to get the contract rate.

USA Exchanges stopped as of Thursday morning. Only one bank was exchanging all 4 currencies: ZIM, Dinar, Dong, Rupiah.
CLOSING STATEMENTS:
DC: So bottom line, everyone in place to do what they needed to do. Last minute US asked for more laws, regulations , compliance issues. . . . The majority of us believe it will (go) immediately after and others overnight. . . .Everybody still planning to get this done immediately. Heard nothing but positive info over the weekend. . . Abadhi scheduled to come home once they are ready to get this done. Everybody across the world expecting it.
