Unfortunately, that judge didn’t have the power to change things. He was just hearing one individual case of amnesty. So basically, it was just his opinion. Besides, Obama didn’t put amnesty under one order but in a series of memos. It will be hard to take apart that.

I saw Judge Napolitano mention this story. And I think it’s great, but the sad thing is that Obama doesn’t give a crap. He just keeps doing whatever he wants and will keep on making his own laws unless someone actually stops him.
