Police in New York City remain on edge as tension runs high between the NYPD and the administration of Mayor Bill de Blasio. And what a criminal court judge in Brooklyn has just done provides no comfort to nervous cops.
Judge Laura Johnson has released from custody two men picked up after allegedly threatening to harm NYPD officers following the ambush and assassination of two cops in their patrol car. Overruling prosecutors who wanted to keep the pair locked up, Judge Johnson ruled the men could go free, without bail.
One of the men the judge put back on the street is an alleged gang member who, according to Fox News, was already facing charges for assault and illegal possession of a firearm.
The other man the judge set free had been arrested after he allegedly assaulted police officers and threatened to find out where they live and “get” them.

One of the slain NYPD officers, Rafael Ramos, was buried over the weekend, his memorial service reportedly attended by some 23,000 police officers from around the country.

The judge is clearly liberal, her photo shows it… I think IT (she), uses the men’s restroom… So, she will legislate from the bench in favor of a VERY liberal point of view, NOT based on law… She should never be a judge, if she will not follow the law herself… She is an enabler… Just my opinion based on what the article and video states…
