Police officers and other first responders swarm the scene in an attempt to save the lives of the two New York City police officers brutally shot Saturday in what’s being called an execution-style killing. The video, which was presumably captured from a cell phone, was taken from an upper-story apartment on the street where the officers were sitting in their patrol car.
Ismaaiyl Brinsley apparently went on an anti-cop rant on social media before shooting NYPD Officers Wenjian Liu and Rafael Ramos, then killing himself.
