Main Text of that ruling:

The majority held that a police officer’s reasonable mistake of law can indeed provide the individualized suspicion required by the Fourth Amendment to justify a traffic stop based upon that understanding. In her concurring opinion, Kagan wrote that the full text of North Carolina’s law “poses a quite difficult question of interpretation, and Sergeant Darisse’s judgment, although overturned, had much to recommend it”. In her dissent, Sotomayor argued that the reasonableness of a search or seizure should instead be determined by evaluating “an officer’s understanding of the facts against the actual state of the law.”

This is why it is important to ask a Officer, under what Statute or Law would one being stopped apply?

The FIRST Action in any traffic stop is to FIRST ask.. “Is there an Emergency I can help you with?” The Officer will be stumped and then ASK if your FREE TO GO? If the Officer say’s NO!  YOUR UNDER CUSTODIAL ARREST and then Invoke your 5TH Amendment RIGHT of SILENCE!  No Chatter, no reasonable suspicion.

(Cop’s let you TALK to HANG YOURSELF) i.e. I smell Booze or Marijuana. It is then you ask for a supervisor as the officer is making FALSE ALLEGATIONS.

Cop’s are PAID TO LIE. They are only there to generate REVENUE for the STATE. Just as a Court appointed attorney is in Plea Bargaining you to A CRIME.

So they can arrive in a shinny patrol car after all is done with flashing lights to show the world as they pose with the dead bodies as if they actually did something. Cop’s wear guns to protect themselves… NOT YOU! Be AWARE and be PREPARED, FEAR is not an option. Be safe everyone…

  Everyone has been told that the CONstitution and law automatically apply to everyone. everyone feels it applies, everyone believes it applies, everyone assumes and presumes it applies. HOWEVER;

  What factual, first hand, irrefutable evidence can anyone offer that proves that their CONstitution and laws apply to the private person simply because they are physically in what we commonly refer to as a state.

  Keeping in mind that the state is a corporate fiction that only exists as words on paper AND slavery and involuntary servitude is illegal. Further, no private person is a party to their CONstitution nor is any private person a signatory to their CONstitution, nor has any private person sworn an oath to be bound by or to obey the CONstitution and laws.

  Your proof MUST be factual and first hand, you shall not resort to hearsay, beliefs, feelings, assumptions, presumptions, hypotheticals, conjecture, sophistry, fraud, lies, scenarios or what if’s.

  Whereas defined pursuant to Supreme Court Annotated Statute: Clearfield Trust Co. v.
  United States 318 U.S. 363-371 1942: “Governments descend to the level of a mere
  private corporation, and take on the characteristics of a mere private citizen . . . where
  private corporate commercial paper [Federal Reserve Notes] and securities [checks] is
  concerned . . . For purposes of suit, such corporations and individuals are regarded as
  entities entirely separate from government.”
  What the Clearfield Doctrine is saying is that when private commercial paper is used by
  corporate government, then government loses its sovereignty status and becomes no
  different than a mere private corporation.
  As such, government then becomes bound by the rules and laws that govern private
  corporations which means that if they intend to compel an individual to some specific
  performance based upon its corporate statutes or corporation rules, then the government,
  like any private corporation, must be the holder-in-due-course of a contract or other
  commercial agreement between it and the one upon who demands for specific
  performance are made.
  And further, the government must be willing to enter the contract or commercial
  agreement into evidence before trying to get the court to enforce its demands, called
  statutes.
  This case is very important because it is a 1942 case that was decided after the UNITED
  STATES CORPORATIOON COMPANY filed its “CERTIFICATE OF
  INCORPORATION” in the State of Florida (July 15, 1925). And it was decided AFTER
  the ‘corporate government’ agreed to use the currency of the private corporation, the
  FEDERAL RESERVE. The private currency, the Federal Reserve Note, is still in use
  today.
