(Before It's News)

Back in 1948, a dead man’s corpse was found on Somerton Beach in Adelaide, South Australia.  He had no identification on him and it was eventually determined that he had mysteriously died of some form of an undetectable poison.

Strangely, he had a piece of paper in his pocket that read “Tamam Shud” which, translated from Persian, means “ended” or “finished”…and was taken from a very rare edition of a very rare edition of an ancient book known as the Rubaiyat.

After publicizing the campaign in the media, the Australian government stumbled upon a man whom mysteriously had that edition of his book which he had found in the back seat of his car – upon inspection, the book had a secret code written on it which today has still yet to be deciphered.

But the implications for this, especially concerning Adelaide’s proximity to a local nuclear facility and the fact that it was during the Cold War…made it a very important mystery that needed to be solved.
