Weather War: HAARP Prevents Snowpack in Sierras, PROOF, on 12 03 2014 (video)

This video shows Haarp downbursts breaking up a powerful low pressure, off the coast of California, between Nov 30 to Dec 3rd, 2014. Absolute proof is shown, of descending air, being pressed down (clockwise rotation), on top of a powerful, Pacific Low pressure.
Also, this video shows proof of dry air, being pressed down, over the Sierras, to reduce, or prevent any snowfall. The snowpack in the Sierras will become irrigation, and drinking water, next spring and summer.
So, these Haarp operations are a criminal act of fraud, treason, and genocide, against the people of California.
Also, this video shows the locations of two California SBX Haarp transmitters. These two SBX transmitters are probably causing the dry air, to be pressed down, over the Sierras. The “clear line” radar anomalies only show up during the daytime, when the Haarp transmitters can reach out 1,500 miles. The lines disappear at night, because the Haarp transmitters are turned off. Please search for the large white globes, of the SBX, megawatt, microwave transmitters, in line with those “clear line” radar anomalies. BTW, after uploading this video, the northern line has re-appeared, but ONLY during the daytime.

Please contact your congressmen, senators, state legislators, and federal investigators, and make them aware of this fraud, covert warfare, treason, and genocide, against the American people.
IF YOUR CONGRESSMAN, or SENATOR, REFUSES TO HELP, you need to begin the recall process, to remove them from office. Use social media to create a local group, who will help with the forms, and petitions. This is the only way, that elected officials will care about this problem! If you give them the proof, and they refuse to help, they MUST be removed from office, and replaced with an ordinary citizen, who cannot be bought, or threatened.
