[Madison, Wisc...] Assembly Republicans introduced a bill on Wednesday that would create an Academic Review Board to oversee report cards and sanctions for Wisconsin's schools that receive public funding, including traditional public, charter and choice schools. The board would create an “A” through “F” grading scale, which would determine what schools need improvement plans. A public hearing is scheduled for next week.
