A retired 9/11 firefighter is suing Nassau County, New York, after his firearms were confiscated following a police call responding to a family argument over the washing machine. The suit alleges that the police picked up his guns without cause or warrant under threat of arrest and after nearly a year still refuse to give them back. Click here for the full story.
