Did the Arizona Highway Patrol Capture a Sasquatch Family on Cam?

In what was meant to show a sense of humor, the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) posted an intriguiging image on their Facebook page. The image appears to be that of a pack or family of Sasquatch-like creatures lolling around the side of SR 260 near Heber.
Tim Tait, a spokesperson for ADOT told ABC News,
“We always try to have a little fun with our Facebook and Twitter feeds. That way, we don’t just post news about crashes and road conditions, but a little something to engage our audience in different ways. This posting was one of those efforts — something that caught our attention, and we thought it might make some people chuckle.”
The image — and the creatures in the image, are allegedly real. Interestingly Tait only addresses why the department posted the image and not the contents of the image itself.
The animals in the image somewhat resemble apes however, the likliehood of a family of apes hanging out on the side of Arizona highway is almost slimmer than that of a family of Sasquatch. So what are these things?
Is Bigfoot and fam living happily ever after in the Arizona woods or is this a family of bear captured by a moving camera that distorts the furries enough to leave it all up to our imaginations?
