$60 billion to fund 2 years of free community college for “resposnible” students? Cui bono, Barack? Seriously. Look, I understand that you enjoyed the free ride of affirmative action programs and have not worked an honest day’s living in your life. But now you want to institutionalize the right to attend college? And a community college at that? What the hell can someone gain from going community college? Seriously? Woodworking? “Social” studies? How to use Microsoft Word? I learned how to do the latter on my own, at no cost to nobody. WTF?
And tell me, Barack, why should the taxpayers pay for this? Why don’t YOU and YOUR corporate/Wall Street cronies pay for it? If it’s something you really believe in, you’ll raise the money privately – not fleece the taxpayers again.
Obama has lived his entire on the taxpayer. And when he leaves office he’ll be well paid for serving as the dishrag for Wall Street, Big Healthcare, Big Defense and very wealthy families/individuals. I wouldn’t be surprised if he ends up with a bigger payday than Clinton received (several hundred million for Bubba). About the only angle I can figure that Obama is playing here is that if several hundred thousand were to enroll for free in community colleges, it would reduce the labor force even more and enable the Government to claim an even lower unemployment rate than the current fiction suggests.
The country is collapsing and Obama reduces down payment requirements for future mortgage deadbeats and offers free community college for whomever. I’ve been watching the American Horror Story series “Freak Show” and that’s what Obama’s chapter in American history will be titled…
