A hoodie ban law in Oklahoma that would make wearing any garment concealing your identity a crime has been proposed by Oklahoma state Republican Senator Don Barrington. If passed, the bill would extend an existing law, which bans hiding one’s identity when committing a crime. Does the proposal go too far, and is it a violation of personal freedoms?
