In her latest video, professional performance shooter Kirsten Joy Weiss takes a look at the many applications and advantages of 300 AAC Blackout ammo for use with the AR platform, which she says “are as common as a windy day in Nebraska.”
300 Blackout can be used for home defense and competitive shooting, as well as hunting, but as Weiss explains the most common caliber used in the AR-15 isn’t always the most desirable for these situations. That’s where the 300 Blackout begins to make its mark.
