Surveillance video shows Tamir Rice’s sister thrown to the ground, handcuffed (VIDEO)
Video released Wednesday shows the 14-year-old sister of Tamir Rice run to him after he was shot by the police, only to have officers rush her, throw her to the ground and handcuff her before placing her in the back of a patrol car.
Rice was shot in November by Cleveland cops while carrying a toy gun which was mistaken for the real thing.
“This video shows in crystal-clear HD that the responding officers acted inappropriately and recklessly, both in how they handled the shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice and the events that immediately followed,” said the Rice family’s attorney, Benjamin Crump, who has also represented the families of Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown.
“The family is outraged that rather than comfort a sister coming to the aid of her dying brother, the officers instead manhandled and tackled her, cuffed her and thoughtlessly tossed her in the back of a patrol car.”
The family has filed a wrongful death suit against the city and the two responding officers.
Rice’s sister comes into camera view at 1:40.

I NEVER MET ONE HONEST COP AND CAN PROVE IT!
Even when people complain not all COPS ARE TREASONOUS CRIMINALS ARE WRONG! You see, in all departments, you have cops commiting crimes, but 100% of the so called “Honest” cops, don’t say or lift one finger to stop their fellow criminal cops inside their dept! If they do, they will be harrassed and given a hard time, set up, cleaning toilets, and fired if they question or bring anything to the attention of anyone. So you see, anyone that says NOT ALL COPS ARE CRIMINALS ARE LIARS! If they even see ONE incident and they do not take action, they are CRIMINALS THEMSELVES BY COVERING UP THE CRIMES INSIDE THEIR DEPARTMENT! It does not matter what race anyone is; it is nothing but your Gov & Top 1%, against the 99% freedom lovers, to divide us. The “KEY” to ALL GOV POWER over us 99% IS IN EACH LOCAL POLICE OFFICER! When they are Under The Peoples control, immediately, the People will regain their Freedom back and kick GOV OUT OF EACH TOWN!
Cops don’t care one bit about anyone but themselves and their Unlimited KING GODLIKE powers over its community. DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY FAMILIES THESE CRIMINALS IN UNIFORM HARM WHEN THEY FALSIFY AND SET UP EVEN ONE PERSON? IT AFFECTS THE ENTIRE FAMILY; NOT JUST THAT ONE PERSON; so of course, some people are fed up with their criminal actions, as we see today… When the cops harm one person, yet their criminal actions physically affect 10+ people down the families chain, so they can’t comprehend this. So of course, many wives, children, brothers, sisters, have it out against all police for all the criminal actions they do to each and every one of its citizens.
I don’t understand how 1 officers life has more meaning then that of anyone THEY MURDERED IN COLD BLOOD, and no weapon(s)? Are the cops more “Special” then anyone else in the community or someone elses family? I wonder how many have been known to straight out murder and falsify/setup any citizen for no crimes but just because they had the power? I think the 2014, the police murdered over 1000 citizens, yet in all of 2013, only 27 cops were assisinated by a citizen. Yet 47 police officers killed themselves by their own weapon mishandling.
When the POLICE and MEDIA harps on one aspect of this issue just because they are a police officer, shows us 99% that they DO IN FACT value their lives over that of each citizen. But if a citizen just happens to look at them funny from 1 block away and no weapon, they can still legally kill them, and plain and simply DO NOT CARE. I have never ever heard of one police officer in my life saying sorry or going to place flowers on their victims grave. So you see, all the top 1% and local police do not not value me, you, or your families life as a human being and are expendable to be assisinated on the streets by any criminal treasonous cop. Who cares if they place a father, husband, or son in jail because it does not affect anyone else. So the cops take it personal when someone takes a fellow criminal cops life; yet they don’t care about our family or friends. Their goes out the door where all men are created equal…
