VA: No Indictment for Woman in 'Domestic' Killing

A Pulaski County grand jury has decided not to indict a woman who was charged with shooting a Pulaski man last month.
After examining evidence, the jury determined that Cynthia Dawn Johnson, 36, had acted out of self defense when she shot Alfred E. Copeland II, according to a press release from the county prosecutor's office.
