there is no Rapture its all made up in the bible to keep people under control just like Gov today
Jesus said NOTHING about the rapture, it was the mid-1800′s Irishman, John Darby, who created the idea of rapture, and sold it as FACT. In reality, it was solely because his tent revivals were failing until he did so, and he couldn’t compete with William Miller (of the Millerite, soon to become the Methodists) camp otherwise.
Darby misunderstand the Book of Revelation, created the concept of ‘Dispensationalism’ and ‘Rapture’ to convince people that if they were ‘Bible good’, that they would be spared from the end time horrors.
Heads up, that is NOT what Jesus taught, matter of fact, he taught that ‘those who most loved him, would suffer most to prove they did’ (just ask John the Baptist how much that neckline haircut hurt him). Wake up, Jesus and ‘god’ are masochists who DEMAND you suffer to prove your love. They aren’t here to SAVE YOU from pain, they’re here to watch it to see how much you DO love them. Get it?
How the heck did someone give this a negative vote? What Dustdevil said is fact, easy to research for yourself fact. And if the person who gave this a downvote was that offended by what was said then they certainly not very knowledgeable about the Bible at all.
All the links and books and videos you want to post on this subject mean NOTHING! The Rapture was NEVER mentioned in the bible and was an invention of man in the 1800′s! The word “rapture” was never used prior to this to speak of such an event, nor was the event even spoken about until it was invented by some man spreading a false gospel.
and people like you Carl Gallup, who not only use the word of God to make profit…but also spread downright LIES about God will have their own special place in Hell I am sure. SURPRISE!
Matthew 24:27 says after Armageddon
27. For as the lightning (Lk 17:23; Rev. 1:7) cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of (Matt 24:3,37,39) the Son of man be. (Matt. 24:44; 8:20; Psalm 146:3; Job 25:6; Isa. 51:12)
28. For wheresoever the carcase is (Rev 11:8,9; 19:17), there will the eaglesvultures be gathered together (Psalm 14:4. Matthew 13:4; 23:26; Rev. 18:2).
Notice the Revelation verses. 19:17 is at Armageddon.
Matt 24:31 says at the Trumpet (Leviticus 23:24ff)
