Project “Bioshield” makes it possible for the U.S. Government to stockpile billions of dollars worth of experimental vaccines that have never been authorized by the FDA to be implemented on American Citizens when the government imparts a state of emergency.

The U.S. Government has assured a healthy U.S. vaccine industry for pharmaceutical companies by buying billions of dollars worth of vaccines each and every year with U.S. taxpayer dollars.

The CDC (U.S. Government Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) is the biggest purchaser of vaccines in the U.S., shelling out over $4 billion yearly to purchase vaccines that are authorized by the FDA. Since the CDC is the government agency accountable for overseeing vaccine safety, this produces a huge conflict of interest.

The CDC at this time invests in over $4 billion buying vaccines from drug makers, and {wwould love} to increase that amount by over a half billion for 2015. Source.

The U.S. Government promises a marketplace for vaccines developed by pharmaceutical companies by legitimately protecting them from litigation in civil court. If any person is seriously injured or slain by a vaccine, one has to sue the U.S. Government, not the vaccine producers, for damages. Homeland Security Stocking Up On Experimental Vaccines

Nevertheless, this is another U.S. Government organization buying billions of dollars’ worth of vaccines. The Department of Homeland Security, established soon after the supposed terrorist attacks of September 2001, has been allowed by Congress to buy and stockpile billions of dollars of experimental vaccines that are not authorized by the FDA, to use on American citizens during a time of a “national emergency” as classified by the U.S. Government.

The Project Bioshield Act was introduced by Congress in 2004, and finalized into law by President George W. Bush. It appropriated $5.6 billion to the Department of Homeland Security “for the purchase of next generation countermeasures against anthrax and smallpox as well as other CBRN agents.”

One may believe that the only time an unapproved vaccine could be accepted for use would be during a time of national crisis, such as a biological terrorist attack.

The fact is, unfortunately, that the government has broad powers to use unapproved vaccines whenever they want to, and have already done so.

They have utilized experimental vaccines on our veterans. They have also utilized experimental vaccines on unwitting people…to cause syphilis and sterilization all in the name of science. This government has a very bad track record and to think we were accusing the Nazi’s for the same thing under the Nuremberg Code.  Be AWARE and be PREPARED, FEAR is not an option. Be safe everyone…
