A second suspect has been arrested in a home break-in that left another suspect shot-to-death by the homeowner.
Investigators say two men broke into a home on River Bend Road in Claremont in Catawba County. The homeowner was home and called 911. He heard someone kick in a door and fired a shot, killing Vernon Bobby Dixon. The second suspect got away.
