Larson pulled a gun from inside his truck’s center console and turned to his right, gun in hand, the employee told investigators. The employee said he feared for his life, and for Karsch’s, so he shot Larson several times, according to the report.
A semi-automatic handgun with six bullets in the magazine was found on the ground next to Larson’s body, near his right hand, when deputies arrived, the report says.
