It’s Your Backyard Ventura County On Sunday, February 15th at 1:09pm, officers responded to a multiple vehicle collision at Oxnard Boulevard and Vineyard Avenue. They found four vehicles were involved. Southbound Oxnard Boulevard and eastbound Vineyard Avenue traffic was blocked for a period of time.
