!!!Yes!!!! They have ‘no fly zones’ set up across the country and in D.C. for ntl. security reasons. This includes hot air balloons, drones, kites, model airplanes etc. Releasing any object close by or near these zones is a crime, because they potentially could land around, in or near one of these locations.
