WEATHER WEAPONS: CIA Funding Geo-Engineering to Weaponize Weather

These claims definitely provide cause for concern. How can an agency with such a shady history be let loose with such dangerous and destructive technology?
Professor Alan Robock, a senior American climate scientist, has said he was contacted three years ago by two men claiming to be from the CIA. They asked if it would be possible to know if another country was manipulating American weather patterns, which Robuck deduced as them actually wished to know if it would be possible for another country to figure out it was being done to them.
One known form of Geo-Engineering refers to the practise of spreading sulphur particles in the atmosphere to reflect solar radiation back into space; decreasing the warming effect they have on Earth. The “long-term effects of these strategies are largely unknown“, which led Robuck to be “scared” about the consequences of an already questionable agency toying with such methods. The agency allegedly wished to discreetly fund scientific research into Geo-Engineering projects.
We now know that much of ‘scientific data’ on global warming was criminally manipulated to push neo-Malthusian policies. Therefore, it is much more likely that Geo-Engineering projects are aimed at weather control for weaponization. It is speculated that the Philippines may have been the target of weather weapons.

Spy agencies could be funding geo-engineering research in pursuit of weaponising the weather, scientists claims
A senior American climate scientist has spoken of the fear he experienced when US intelligence services apparently asked him about the possibility of weaponising the weather as a major report on geo-engineering is to be published this week.
Professor Alan Robock stated that three years ago, two men claiming to be from the CIA had called him to ask whether experts would be able to tell if hostile forces had begun manipulating the US’s weather, though he suspected the purpose of the call was to find out if American forces could meddle with other countries’ climates instead.
During a debate on the use of geo-engineering to combat climate change, at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science in San Jose, California, Prof Robock said: “I got a phone call from two men who said we work as consultants for the CIA and we’d like to know if some other country was controlling our climate, would we know about it…?
