Barack Obama Zombie

RAW! UPDATED BREAKING VIDEOS FROM TUNISIA KILLING SEE AT THE BOTTOM!

Obama’s Amnesty of immigrants was banned by Judge Hanen in February and Obama appealed that decision.

He circumvented the judge to ask the 5th Corcuit Court to override Hanen’s ban in an expedited fashion.

But the 5th Circuit refused to do so and is signalling it’ll uphold Hanen’s ban.

These patriotic judges are blocking Obama and the 5 million illegals Obama promised an illegal Amnesty to.

Lots of illegals gonna get hopping mad at Obama, Dio!

BOOM: Federal Court Strikes MAJOR Blow Against Obama

After President Barack Obama announced last year that his administration would unilaterally make changes to immigration laws, effectively granting amnesty to illegal immigrants, the state of Texas sued to prevent those changes.

Twenty-five other states signed on to the Texas lawsuit, and they have already enjoyed some success, as federal Judge Andrew Hanen issued a temporary injunction against the government, forcing them to delay implementation of the new amnesty programs.

Of course, the Obama administration is appealing that decision, asking Hanen to stay his own ruling, while also asking the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals to override Hanen’s injunction, and to do so in an expedited manner.

But the 5th Circuit Court said not so fast, literally, informing administration lawyers that there would be no expedited ruling and they could wait for the normal time frame for a ruling, like everyone else.

Add to this the fact that it has now been revealed that Obama administration attorneys essentially lied during hearings with Judge Hanen, neglecting to inform him that some of the new amnesty programs had already begun to be implemented before the injunction was ordered.

Politico is reporting that court watchers believe that the 5th Circuit Court decision signals that they will likely uphold Judge Hanen’s injunction against Obama’s amnesty.

If Hanen’s injunction is upheld, then the Obama administration would likely appeal to the Supreme Court, potentially delaying implementation of the new amnesty programs for another year or two while the case is tied up in protracted litigation.

For a moment, step back and marvel at the duplicitous hypocrisy on display by the Obama administration. On the one hand, they are asking the courts to move quickly and overturn another judge’s decision, so they themselves can quickly move ahead with implementing their amnesty for illegal immigrants, while the lawsuit is still ongoing.

Meanwhile, for the past six years, in regards to the Keystone XL Pipeline, we have heard the administration repeatedly say that injunctions and court orders should be respected and kept in place and further construction delayed until all lawsuits have worked their way through the court system and final decisions are rendered.

Hopefully, the 5th Circuit Court, which tends to lean conservative, will uphold Judge Hanen’s injunction against Obama’s amnesty plans, keeping his unconstitutional plans on hold for the time being.
