(Before It's News)

The police are suppose to protect us of from the crooks not behave like them themselves. The driver in this video after being pulled over by a cop for travelling a little to quickly, and told by the officer that he was going to check his car, the driver says how come. The officer replied, because I’m talking to you, then the officer quickly said I don’t have to explain anything to you, and I’m not going to. The cop seized 50k from the man, it’s basically stealing but they call it legal anyway.

  • Fight ‘fire with fire’. There are things people can do. They just have to be more clever. For instance, if you have the thief’s full name who stole your money, you can sue them for it in personal injury court.

Step 1: Get the thief’s full name.

Step 2: Don’t sue ‘Officer Thief’ … you sue, ‘Mr John Thief’ or ‘Ms Jane Thief’

Step 3: File the appropriate court papers and have ‘Mr/Ms Thief’ served at their place of work.

By suing the thief as a person instead of as ‘Officer Thief’ or the city/state/federal of, you’ve just removed ALL insulation from a deep pocket union or taxpayer-funded lawyers. And now, Mr/Ms Thief’s own personal assets are at stake (ie their money, their house, their car, everything they own). You see, all person’s wearing tin badges & toting guns aren’t nearly as insulated from their choices as they continually delude themselves into thinking. This is fighting ‘fire with fire’.

Oh and one more important thing to know is that the Federal government has recently withdrawn giving States and local police, ‘extended authority’ to use ‘civil asset forfeiture’, so you may have grounds to get that money back by filing for it directly but imho, I think suing in personal injury court is better and less $$$ and time consuming. :)

Oh and do pass along this information to others because I think if more cops were sued mano-a-mano, they’d stop pulling this crud and cease taking advantage of and beating the crap out of people.

  • A dirty cop? Whoever heard of such a thing.

  • Road pirates.

But, you’re in a free country, remember?

Yeah, you’re free alright, free to be a slave.

You peasant, How dare you have a lot of cash on you. Well, we’re just going to go ahead and take that.

Oh, you want to fight it? You serf, good… We’ll be laughing at you spending all of the rest of your money we haven’t stolen, on attorney fee’s… Ahahahahah!

Makes ‘em feel tough to bully people under the color of law.
